Answer: Summary provide a clear, objective, accurate account of the
most important information and ideas, without copying any text from the
original and without missing any of the key points.

Introduction Sentence: It is the ability to maintain proper moral
values, standards of behaviour within the professional environment.
Supporting arguments: Besides a person being unethical it could also
affect the organizations and individual growth for various reasons.

Work ethic is the ability to maintain proper
moral values, that employers look for in every industry. Showing the values
associated with a good work ethic can increase your employability and help you
position yourself for better job opportunities. Employees with excellent work
ethic are often considered by employers for opportunities for special projects
because they’re reliable, dedicated and disciplined. This attitude help you to identify
ways that shapes a person to perform his work ethic in any job.
Work ethic is an attitude of determination
and dedication toward one’s job. Those with a strong work ethic place a high
value on their professional success.
There could be numerous reasons for a
person to be unethical. Lack of work ethics can lead to lack of trust among the
workers and also between various levels of the organization. Secondly, lack of
work ethics affects the credibility among stakeholders. Third, being one of the
important factors for a great place to work is the Environment both within and
outside the organization. Furthermore, unethical firms invite the Government’s
attention which would lead to impose penalties, fines, cancellations of licenses
and so on.
Hence, these individual differences can be
maintained through a strong principle followed by the organization. Ethics determines
the firm’s longevity and its relationship with workers, business partners,
stakeholders and the Society.
Employees with a good work ethic almost
always maintain their professionalism. They exhibit a professional attitude
clear in the way they dress, speak and carry themselves. They’re respectful,
focused, organized and neat.

Answer: Mass production today
makes mass marketing an absolutely necessary strategy. Mass production reduces
production costs when compared to small scale production. For the scale of
production, mass marketing becomes absolutely necessary due to the importance
of reaching the largest number of consumers in the shortest span of time.
Unsold goods tie down capital without being productive. It also ties up the
capital which will be better utilised producing the next batch of goods. Mass
marketing increases consumer awareness of the product. It also directly
increases sales. Besides, strategies are devised to influence the consumer into
believing in the necessity of the product. Modern society is a global village.
Mass marketing today is on a global scale where people from different countries
all buy the same goods at the same time.
